My Current Playlist {2}

This series was inspired by Annie’s Ultimate Playlist posts, which are just awesome. This is just a collection of a lot of the music I’ve been listening to lately, because even though I have a dreadful singing voice and basically no musical ability, I do love listening to music. You can see the previous playlist here: (x)

This time I’ve just linked to the songs, instead of embedding them. But the links take you straight to the song on Grooveshark.

1. anything & everything by Vampire Weekend – they’ve kinda become my new favourite band and I’ve been listening to them religiously for about a month now. Personal favourites include Worship You, Hannah Hunt, A-Punk, and Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa. But basically anything they release is gold.

2. like real people do // Hozier – I found this song through another book blog (can’t remember who! if it was you, let me know!) who had posted this stunning SYTYCD video.

3. give me (too much) love // Ed Sheeran & Tumblr – if you thought Give Me Love was a good song, try listening to it layered over itself four times.

4. fluorescent adolescent // Arctic Monkeys

5. sex // The 1975

I know that’s only five, but technically it’s eight because of Vampire Weekend. And honestly I could just continue to list all of their songs. What are you guys listening to at the moment?

    Eek, in love with that Hozier song (and his whole album)! Thanks for the rec 🙂

  • Annie

    Yes, another music post!! You know how much I love finding new songs to listen to! 😀

    The Ed Sheeran remix thingy sounds really cool! And yesss, Hozier!!! I just recently discovered him as well and I’m in love with his voice.

    PS. I don’t know if you knew but Spotify is now available in Canada? I have a spare invite code which is why I’m asking in case you’re interested haha. I have yet to find someone to give it to!

      That would be awesome, thank you!! Maybe email me? I’ve been waiting and waiting for it to be available here! Also you should totally listen to the Ed Sheeran thing, it’s crazy good!
